Davis

Davis is Ultor's administrator during the events of Red Faction, having been appointed to that role following the demise of the former administrator who refused to sanction the experiments Capek felt were necessary for his research, and then involuntarily became a subject of those experiments. Davis is described by Capek as "much more accommodating."

Richard P. Gryphon is Administrator Davis' deputy.
