The AAX Raven is an assault aircraft used by EDF in Red Faction: Guerrilla, which was later repurposed and used by the Red Faction in Red Faction: Armageddon. The AAX Raven is not pilotable by the player in either game.
Description
The small and highly maneuverable AAX is the EDF's basic attack aircraft. Designed for aerial patrol, reconnaissance, and escort detail, the AAX is lightly armoured, and can be equipped with either a single machine gun turret or a gauss turret. Despite the minimal firepower, however, the AAX can be dangerous in large attack groups. The AAX can hold one person, who acts as both pilot and gunner.
