Template:Infobox Person An expert on vehicles -- both in maintenance and driving -- Jenkins travels Mars in a modified Marauder Jetter, attacking any Earth Defense Force property he comes across. Born on Mars, Jenkins' association with the Red Faction is fueled entirely by his belief that Mars is the future of mankind.

He has been known to rant at length about how "everything from Earth has got to go!" Many guerrillas believe that "he isn't right in the head". In a radio tag, someone states that Jenkins is "a crazy bastard! He said killing me would purify the planet! Then he ran over me! That bastard!"

On one Courier mission, Jenkins is a spy for the EDF.
