The CAS-14 Automatic Combat Shotgun is a weapon in Red Faction II.
Description
The military-grade shotgun is capable of delivering extremely powerful single-shot blasts and inflict the most damage at close ranges. Its accuracy and effectiveness decrease significantly when the range of the target is increased, rendering it almost useless when firing at targets more than 50 meters away. This weapon is also capable of discharging incendiary rounds as a form of alternate fire, making it a very powerful weapon.
the shotgun is a very good mid game weapon. It excels in close range weapon combat, being able to take out enemies quickly and effectively at short distances. The incendiary rounds provide a unique second option, if enemies are further away, the incendiary round will set them on fire, putting them in a fear and panic state, effectively dead.
The common security forces and military ground troops can carry the automatic shotgun. The players can access the weapon in the Underground level.
