Colonel Sandy is a member of the Commonwealth forces.
Description
She's meaner and tougher than she looks and has the skills for the kills. She uses medium weapons and grenades and rarely retreats in combat. Her armour gives her good protection everywhere but the head.
This unit is commonly found in Sopot's Citadel.
