| Pressing the fire button once launches the rocket. By pressing it again while the rocket is in flight, the rocket can be detonated in mid-air. This tactic is useful for obliterating large areas.

With the Thermobaric, you can detonate the rocket in mid-air with a second press of the trigger or just let it run its course to the target. So when you’re struggling against an entire building full of enemies, the [[Thermobaric Rocket Launcher]] evens the odds. Find an open window or doorway, or make one with another weapon, then target the hole, and pull the trigger. When the rocket has cleared the outside walls, hit the trigger again, and watch the building blow out like fireworks. Here’s a hint. Be sure to take cover first. Those pieces of debris can kill you too.
