'''Hanging In The Hood'''' is the sixth main chapter of the [[Red Faction II]] single player campaign following from [[Sopot's Citadel]]. Hanging In The Hood consists of 5 individual maps and begins as [[Alias]] and [[Echo]] escapes from the now enemies [[Molov]], [[Quill]], [[Repta]] and [[Shrike]] thanks to [[Tangier]] sneaking in to rescue them. It is followed by [[Dancing With The Dead]].

==Mean Streets==

==High Rise Hell==

After [[Alias]] clears his way back into a building, he encounters 2 [[Red Faction (Group)|Red Faction]] fighters and they run out into the streets once more, this time into an ambush. After dealing with this, Alias heads off into the high rise block, helping the Red Faction fighters further as they navigate the buildings by taking out the sniper enemies picking them off from above. Towards the end of the section [[Echo]] radios alerting to another street on the other side of the buildings where more faction fighters are being pinned down and asks for help.

==Death From Above==

[[Alias]] moves to the other side of the building and climbs the stairs. The [[Red Faction (Group)|Red Faction]] fighters, trying to cross the streets below, are being picked off by snipers in both buildings, so Alias must defend them before dropping down into the maintenance tunnels below the ground and fighting his way back to street level once more.

Finally, after fighting through the cities streets, [[Alias]] reunites with [[Echo]] just in time for the new plan to be discussed. However, before Echo can finish talking, the bright blue laser of the [[Magnetic Rail Driver|Rail Driver]] pierces through the ceiling, killing him instantly. Alias must then navigate his way through the tunnel, dodging enemies and robots alike before finally falling down a hole into a water filled area.
