The 6-wheel configuration maximizes stability and mobility across the harshest of terrains, and the light armour plating ensures the soldiers are safe from small arms fire and shrapnel. Although not meant as an offensive vehicle, the roof-mounted heavy machine gun turret is an effective defense tool.
