The Arc Welder can be purchased from the upgrades table. Its functionality can be improved with upgrades to target only enemies, increase the number of enemies it can hit, and to increase ammo capacity.

Due to its ability to electrocute the occupants of vehicles, it is useful for disabling hard to destroy vehicles in missions such as Blitzkrieg and convoy Guerrilla Actions.
